DR Property Services uses information you submit to discuss your property and respond to an estimate request.
Estimate requests
The form collects your name, phone, optional email, town, project details and preferred visit time. Requests are stored in a private hosted database and can be viewed through the protected owner workspace. A request does not confirm an appointment or automatically send a text or email.
Records are kept while needed to respond to and manage your enquiry. To request access, a correction or deletion, contact DR using the number below.
The AI assistant
Your messages and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. The assistant has no access to private enquiries, owner settings, files or calendars. Avoid passwords, payment information and other sensitive details. AI answers can be incorrect; confirm important details with Jake.
Conversation history expires after 24 hours of inactivity and is removed during routine cleanup or the next assistant request. Requests to OpenAI use store: false; OpenAI may retain service and abuse-monitoring data under its own policies.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies protect form sessions and owner access. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. It measures visits and actions such as calls, booking clicks and successfully saved estimate requests. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, project descriptions and chat messages are not sent as analytics events.
Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent optional analytics. You can turn it off below.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores private application data, OpenAI processes assistant messages, and Google processes analytics when enabled. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations under their own policies.
